How hard is it to do a proper Savasana, I tell you! And throughly agree with you that cats are masters of this specific pose. It always seems to me that they hold the perfect balance between action and inaction, constantly ready but deeply relaxed in the moment. Often get jealous of them ;) 
That James Finley talk on Eckart seems absolutely divine! I must search it out!
